1point6 is a Manchester-based media house producing work that travels. The name comes from the golden ratio; the mathematical spiral found in nature, space, and the structure of things built to last. It's not a coincidence we named ourselves after it. Everything we make is designed to grow, to resonate, and to mean something beyond the brief.

We work across video production, photography, advertising, documentary, film and podcast - for clients who want more than content, and for stories we believe need to exist. Alongside our client work, we develop and produce our own - original documentaries, films and podcasts that are entirely ours. Because a media house with a real point of view doesn't just respond to briefs. It creates without being asked.
